Leadership Team

Richard Wijeratne, Head of School, provides the strategic leadership that shapes the vision, direction and continued development of Xàbia International College. Working in partnership with Affinitas Education and the Senior Leadership Team, he is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the school, ensuring the highest standards across all aspects of school life.

Richard's role is to inspire a shared vision for excellence, foster a positive and inclusive school culture, and ensure that every decision supports the academic success, wellbeing and personal development of our students. He promotes a collaborative environment in which staff, students and families work together to achieve the school's mission and aspirations.
