Year 1-6: ClassDojo is an easy-to-use phone app that avoids hundreds of emails. Teachers are also available to send emails directly (teachers will give you the details of both at the beginning of the term).

The email address of your children's Spanish teacher will be sent to you once the groups have been set up.

Teachers will try to answer quick queries on the spot (they are available in the mornings and at pick-up time), but they will make an appointment if more time is needed. Please contact the teacher directly by email or via ClassDojo (teachers will provide these details at the beginning of the term).

These meetings take place in the comedor of the college building (Boka). Parents are informed of the meetings by email and pupils organise appointments for their parents to meet with teachers. Interviews with staff usually last five minutes.

Parents of pupils who have concerns are invited to discuss issues at any time of the year. Appointment afternoons usually begin at 16:15.

Parents will be sent a link to a parents' evening website that links to your Calendly account. This will be set up by the office staff the first time it is used; subsequently you will need to enter and change the date, and you will be sent a reminder by the office staff.

These take place at the beginning of the Autumn Term and are intended to offer greater information and guidance to parents regarding their children's course and general commitment to life in college at Key Stage 3.

If needed, the Headteacher introduces and informs parents of new developments within the college and outlines procedures regarding homework, study skills and systems within the college. The event is supported by all members of the senior leadership team.

Meetings between teachers and parents can take place face to face, and they can also take place via Google Meet.
